South Australia will send 70 defibrillators to Ukraine as part of continuing support during the country's war with Russia.
The machines were recently replaced across SA's ambulance fleet but have been checked to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
They will be delivered by the Australian defence force over the next few weeks and deployed across field hospitals.
SA previously sent five pallets of medical supplies to Ukraine to provide emergency support to wounded civilians.
"South Australia stands firmly with Ukraine, its people and everybody supporting them during this unparalleled crisis," Health Minister Chris Picton said.
"For every minute that someone is in cardiac arrest and is not receiving CPR or an automated external defibrillator shock, their chance of survival drops significantly."
