Forty-four people have been charged with more than 155 offences over the transportation of illicit drugs, firearms, and the proceeds of crime both in and out of Western Australia.
Since January this year, WA police have conducted a number of operations targeting illicit items crossing the state's borders.
More than $500,000 in cash has been seized along with 84 kilograms of cannabis, 38 kilograms of methylamphetamine, and 10 firearms.
Among those arrested are people from Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia as well as some from Perth and regional WA.
Charges brought by police include drug and firearm offences, stealing, and property laundering.
"WA Police are making it harder than ever for organised crime to smuggle illicit drugs into our state," Police Minister Paul Papalia said.
"The government has given WA police the tools, the numbers, and the funding to fight the criminals importing and selling illicit drugs and this operation shows our officers are putting those resources to good use."
