The members of the interim ministry will administer all departments until such time as a full ministry is sworn in.
TIMETABLE
* May 31: Labor caucus meets in Canberra. Caucus chooses ministers and leader allocates portfolios.
* June 1: Full ministry to be sworn in, followed by first meetings of full ministry, and the national security and expenditure review committees of cabinet.
* Before the end of July: Parliament to sit, after election writs are returned.
