Paul and Susan Walkden have been practicing law in the Macarthur region collectively for more than 35 years.
Susan started The Family Conveyancing Practice 10 years ago and has just recently partnered with her husband Paul to create Walkden Law & Mediation in order to support the local community with a wider range of expert legal advice and expertise
She has more than 25 years conveyancing experience in residential and commercial property and leasing legal transactions.
Susan has an active role in the Macarthur community through a range of community programs and enjoys presenting seminars on topics relating to First Home Owners, Retirement Villages and Self Managed Superannuation Fund purchases.
Paul was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 2004. Before that he was a member of the NSW Police Force for more than 19 years.
He is an accredited Independent Children's Lawyer and a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Paul also plays an active role in the local community, taking part in numerous community programs and activities, including domestic violence forums and committees and is a life member of Parramatta Junior Rugby League. Paul has presented seminars on various topics relating to family law to private institutions, the community and government groups.
