Wolverhampton's Mexican striker Raul Jimenez is recovering after surgery for a fractured skull.
Wolverhampton say that Mexican striker Raul Jimenez is "comfortable" following an emergency operation.
In the early stages of the 2-1 win for Wolves on Sunday, Jimenez laid unconscious after a clash of heads with Arsenal defender David Luiz.
He was stretchered off the pitch and taken to hospital with a fractured skull, where he had an emergency operation, and Wolves confirmed he is now recovering well.
"Raul is comfortable following an operation last night, which he underwent in a London hospital," read a club statement.
"He has since seen his partner Daniela and is now resting. He will remain under observation for a few days while he begins his recovery."
