"Everyone has had that moment - that moment where they are right on the edge of losing it."
That's the believe of Like Angels singer Sarah Engelbrecht.
Sarah, 21, and her sister Emmalisa, 23, have released a brand new song called Lose It.
The Like Angels bandmates and Mount Annan siblings said they wrote the song based on their own experience.
"We wrote it about different situations that have happened to us and people in our lives who have almost made us lose it," Sarah said.
"It's about finding ways to face problems and working through them rather than not facing them. It's also about setting healthy boundaries."
The upbeat track is a fun departure from their more serious tracks.
The pop duo released a track in December last year, alongside their other sister Tahlia, called Rain.
Like Angels penned and recorded the song to raise much-needed funds for drought relief.
Sarah said their new track was relatable.
"Everyone has experienced that feeling where you're just about to lose it - like when someone cuts you off in traffic or something like that," she said.
"I think if people can relate to that experience they'll be able to relate to the song and that is so important - music should be relatable."
Sarah's sister Emmalisa said recording the song had been a lot of fun.
"I think we put a lot of our personality into this song," Emmalisa said.
"Musically there are a lot of different annoying sounds like coughing and banging - I think there is even a toilet flushing sound in there somewhere.
"It was great to record."
The Engelbrecht sisters worked alongside esteemed producer Phillippe-Marc Anquitil who has worked with artists including One Direction, Jessie J and Little Mix.
Emmalisa said working with Anquitil was always a great experience.
"We have been able to learn a lot from him, he's a really great guy," she said.
"He really gets to know us as artists and just getting to see his vision for the track come to life is amazing."
Like Angels pride themselves on writing their own music but Emmalisa said the process was often a mixed bag.
"Sometimes we write separately and then come together to share the song other times we sit down and write together," she said.
The Macarthur siblings urged locals to get behind them and give the track a listen.
