Prospective house buyers will soon be able to wander through the halls of a brand-spanking new home in Oran Park - constructed entirely by volunteers.
The Kids of Macarthur Health Foundation's charity house project - constructed by Fairmont Homes and delivered in collaboration with Oran Park Town and the Perich Group - is a matter of days away from being finished.
Site supervisor Jacob Taylor, from Fairmont, said the house had been built 'with a lot of love by a generous group of people'.
"I'm very proud and very fortunate to be part of something like this," he said.
"It's really awesome. It's great to finally see it come together and looking like a house."
Once it hits the market, the house will be sold with proceeds going directly to the Kids of Macarthur charity to purchase much-needed equipment and goods for the paediatric unit at Campbelltown Hospital.
Mr Taylor said he was extremely grateful to all the local tradies who had donated their time and resources to build the best house possible.
"I'd like to thank everyone who, in any way, shape or form, helped on the house," he said.
"To see it all come together now is a credit to everyone who's been involved in it."
Mr Taylor said there were only a few final tasks remaining before the house could be signed off.
"We've got some final bits and pieces like touch-up painting, putting in the fireplace front, cleaning and landscaping," he said.
"We're not far off now.
"This house has everything really, it's got smart wiring, a nice fireplace, underfloor heating, lots of bells and whistles that people wouldn't normally get as standard in a house.
"It's had a lot of things donated and thrown into it, which makes it a bit more of an upmarket house."
The home will be sold by My Property Consultants.
It is located at 61 Evergreen Drive, Oran Park.
