Out of Bounds attendees will get to see another Macarthur local on the big stage at the region's first outdoor music festival.

Campbelltown's Rops1 will take to the stage alongside Camden locals, The Rubens.

The music festival, set to take place in just two months, will bring some of Australia's best and most loved musical talents to Campbelltown Athletics Centre on January 18, 2020.

I OH YOU and Frontier Touring will host the all-ages (15+) festival and The Rubens told the Advertiser in September that they couldn't wait to play in front of their home crowd.

"Last year we did our own Rubens show at the Camden Civic Centre and that was a big step for us to get music back to Camden," drummer Scott Baldwin said.

"Out of Bounds will be much bigger again - it'll be lots of fun.

"We've never played a big festival in Macarthur before. We never even did Fisher's Gig."

Rops1 said he was proud to emcee in front of the community he was born into and raised by.

"Youngest in charge" and "self made Don" have become some of Rops1 most well-known songs.

He will also be joined by south-west Sydney's Jessica Jade.

Jade made her television debut in an all-girl group on The X Factor when she was just 14 years old.

Six years on, the now 20-year-old has transformed into an artist, songwriter and performer with a fanbase that reaches all corners of the globe.
