It's time to raise a toast to all things food and wine in Mount Annan this weekend.
Macarthur's largest food and wine festival, AnnanROMA, will be held on Saturday and Sunday at the Australian Botanic Garden, Mount Annan.
This year marks the first time AnnanROMA has been held over two days, instead of the traditional one.
Campbelltown-based organisation Eat Shop Love is also making its debut as festival organiser.
Eat Shop Love founder Deb Brown said she hoped this year's event would attract more than 12,000 people.
Ms Brown said AnnanROMA was extended to two days to help ease queues and parking pressure around the festival.
"AnnanROMA is now 13 years old so we thought it needed a revamp," she said.
"The festival had about 11,000 people last year, so we would be happy with that number again or even more."
Ms Brown said Macarthur "absolutely" had a market for a huge food and wine festival.
"The festival is always extremely well supported by locals and brings a lot of people in [to the area]," she said.
Entry is free and highlights will include live entertainment, food trucks and plenty of market stalls.
A kids zone will be set up for the youngsters, featuring hula hoop workshops, face painting, lawn games and more.
AnnanROMA will run from 9am to 4pm on Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26.
