Forest Lawn Memorial Park marked Anzac Day a day early today, with dozens of locals paying their respects to Australia's past and present service personnel.
The Leppington cemetery welcomed about one hundred people to the memorial service, which was emceed by Ingleburn RSL Sub-Branch secretary John Lees.
Representatives of veterans groups, community organisations, schools, local clubs and more paused to honour those who sacrificed their lives to protect Australia.
Wreaths were laid at the memorial wall and following addresses from Holy Family Catholic Church priest Father Peter Caruana and Forest Lawn family service manager.
Ingleburn RSL Sub-Branch members ran the flag party march on and march off.
Attendees listened to the sounding of The Last Post and partook in a minute's silence before the sounding of The Reveille and The Recessional.
Lest We Forget.
