The Stockland-owned Denham Court estate won state and national awards at the 2018 Urban Development Institute of Australia NSW Awards for Excellence.

“We are very proud of what has been created at Willowdale so far and it is a great honour to receive this recognition from our development peers,” he said.

“Willowdale stands apart from other residential communities due to the exceptional masterplan that respects the site’s environment and its Indigenous and European history while encouraging demographically diverse population and multi-generational living.”
