The closing date is fast approaching for residents to have their say on on the Greater Sydney Commission’s draft 20-year plan for the South West District (Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly, Liverpool and Fairfield).
Residents, community groups and businesses are encouraged to make a submission, be it brief or detailed, and share their thoughts on the commission’s plans.
“The opinions of the local community are vital and we want everyone who has something to say about the future of our part of Sydney to make a submission, whether it’s short or long, before the end of the month,” said South West District Commissioner Sheridan Dudley.
“All submissions will contribute to the final version of the District Plan which will act as a guide for the future development of our region over the next 20 years.
“We’re also after feedback on our 40-year vision for the overall future of Sydney – Towards our Greater Sydney 2056 – which is a draft amendment to the plan for the whole of our city: the Greater Sydney Region Plan.”
Visit www.greater.sydney to make a submission before Friday, March 31.
