Job Description

• Lead ongoing analysis and user journey mapping of always-on and targeted campaigns across various digital channels, and up skilling team members

• Take ownership of website content, ensuring that content updates and additions are aligned with the digital strategy and customer needs and personas, and adhere to accessibility standards
• Lead regular work-in-progress meetings within marketing department and various stakeholders, utilising reporting dashboards and other cloud-based audit tools
• Lead mini projects and audits with stakeholders across the organisation on user experience, content publishing and accessibility, with the ability to influence key decision makers
• Be an influential contributor to the development of the ongoing digital strategy and execution including the continued road map for redevelopment of the website ecosystem, including the merging of multiple web sites and platforms

The Successful Applicant

• Demonstrated commitment to high quality website management and engagement*
• Sound experience with, and strong ability to manage website content across multiple CMS/DXPs
• Ability to support web-related incident resolution and disaster recovery processes*
• Sound knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and how to adhere to W3c standards*
• Knowledge of User Centred Design practices and SEO*
• Experience creating dashboards and tracking using Google Analytics and PowerBI (optional)
