Your new company
One of Perth's most reputable accountancy firms is seeking a competent administrator who can effectively support a busy team. This company is located in the heart of Perth CBD, offering the position on a full-time basis.

Your new role
As the Team Assistant you will be responsible for seeing to general administration support tasks, to assist everyday workflow across the team. Your duties will include:

  • Email and phone management, responding and redirecting as required
  • Assisting with setting up meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Data entry duties and general administration support (scanning, filing, stock ordering etc.).

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you must display the following qualities/skills:

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment, seeing to important deadlines accordingly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with people at all levels
  • Strong IT skills with experience Microsoft Office Suites on a daily basis
  • Previous experience working in an administration support role is ideal however not essential
