You will be working in a reputable insurance brand that's based in Sydney which offers an exciting opportunity of a permanent role. Due to the growth of the company, it is seeking for a Salesforce Developer with sound technical knowledge and skills. The organisation offers exposure to emerging technologies for great learning and development.

Your new role

The Salesforce Developer role involves supporting the Commercial and Intermediated by enabling and supporting a program of work to achieve business goals and drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Engage with end users to develop, enhance and debug Salesforce / Pardot solutions that support the business
• Where required, contribute towards solution recommendations that consider options including configuration, coding, third-party apps and integration
• Fix defects and liaise with Salesforce technical support
• Troubleshoot, categorise, resolve and track system errors
• Manage service requests within pre-defined service standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (CRT-101): Essential
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (CRT-450): Essential
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Salesforce Administrator and 3-5 years as a Salesforce Developer
• Previous experience implementing Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing clouds is essential.
• Experience in any APEX tools is mandatory.
