Are you a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse looking for a new position?

Sunnybank Private Hospital is seeking experienced ICU Nurse to join our team. We currently have full time, part time and casual opportunities available. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care is provided.

Sunybank Private Hospital is comprised of consulting suites, 7 theatres, 2 procedure rooms, day surgery unit, Maternity, Medical and Surgical wards, as well as a 6 bed ICU.

As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
• Provide complex and multi-disciplinary care
• Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs
• Act as a role model for Safe Practice
• Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs

Essential Criteria:

• Authority to Work in Australia
• Working with Children check (if relevant)
• Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
• Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
• Post Graduate Certificate in ICU/CCU (or working towards)
• Minimum 12 Months experience in ICU environment (essential)
• Ventilation Competent (essential)
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
• Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
• Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Healthscope - Queensland - Nurses Enterprise Agreement 2019 - 2021" (salaries range between $36.61 - 46.73)
