Full job description

The Role:
This role of Customer Service Administrator is a Sales/Project Administration role that offers excellent prospects for a driven professional to further enhance their negotiation and communication skills whilst supporting the Facility Management (FM) Operations team with all activities relating to the general administration duties and requirements.

Reporting to the National Recoveries Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate data entry and system management providing stakeholders with timely and thorough reports
  • Preparation of notifications, quotes and invoice request documents for recoverable assets
  • Effectively communicate with landlords to drive successful quotations
  • Proactively assist in reviewing/resolving recoverable differences i.e. 3rd party damage incurred costs
  • Liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders – City operations, finance departments, contractors in respect recoverable rights and obligations
  • Support the City management team with ad hoc requests

About you:

  • Cert III / IV in Business – Highly regarded
  • Strong IT skills in Database and systems management
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel & MS Office – Essential
  • Demonstrate superior organisational skills and ability to manage a range of tasks
  • Proactive communicator
  • Technical administration skills – Preferred
  • Be fully vaccinated
