Property Manager

We are currently looking for a Commercial Property Manager with a least 2 years experience in managing medium to large size portfolios (commercial, retail or industrial) to join a successful team in the Sydney CBD and overlook a portfolio of mixed Commercial and office building assets. The role is full-time Mon-Fri and salary between $90,000 to $100,000 per annum + Super depending on experience.

Key duties include:

• Manage a portfolio of mixed assets
• Delivery of property projects and reports
• Management of internal and external service providers
• Providing an excellent customer service to all stakeholders
• Day to day Property Management duties as required

The requirements:

• 2 years experience in property Management role minimum
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Reliable, professional and excellent time management
• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and experience in property management is essential.
