ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a vibrant, motivated sales and service oriented Optical Dispenser to join our small dedicated team. Being an Independent practice, we offer a more personalised and professional approach to meeting the eyecare needs of our discerning clientele. Your presentation, customer service skills and ability to create rapport with our clients and team are essential to the role.

ABOUT YOU

Have the ability to build rapport with customers, be a team player, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be motivated with a passion for making a difference to our customer base. You take pride in offering solutions to meet customer needs and suggesting the best available products and services to exceed their expectations. You are proactive in your approach, passionate about your service delivery and driven to achieve great results.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Experience in a customer facing role where you have delivered exceptional service to a diverse customer base
• Willingness to learn and work in a team with a positive can-do attitude
• Computer literacy and administration skills
