Job Description

• Driving performance and results through individual & holding the team accountable to their commitments
• Ensuring KPI's are met on a continual and consistent basis
• Reviewing performance data & key metrics to understand gaps and improvement areas
• Providing real time feedback to SDR's around areas of improvement to ensure commercial success
• Improving sales performance and delivering on company sales targets

• Passionate new business sales professional
• A strong understanding of the lead process
• A proven track record in coaching, development and improving performance
• Selling in a SaaS solution within a B2B environment highly beneficial
