As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the office administration team for the Park. You will drive a customer-centric approach through all activities to ensure a high standard of customer service including: actively seeking customer feedback with a view to continuous improvement; working closely with the Park Manager to respond to any positive or negative feedback from customers.
Other duties will include the performance of daily administrative tasks including serving guests at the front counter or over the phone and maintaining entries in the RMS booking system.
