Job Description

• Training and on-boarding and maintaining of client relationship
• Identify new opportunities to up-sell & cross sell to existing customers
• Clearly document communications to customers throughout the life-cycle of the relationship

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B customer-facing, preferably product/SaaS
• Proven track record of managing customers
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
• A background in Advertising Operations / Ad trafficking / Account management is preferred.
• Strong Attention to detail, project management and analytical skills
