We are currently seeking an experienced and confident Customer Service Operator for an exciting permanent full-time opportunity with our client, a specialised telecommunications business based in Brisbane CBD.
The position will involve introducing and facilitating investor relations calls for a majority of ASX 200 listed companies, assisting in general troubleshooting and customer enquiries, as well as a range of administrative duties. You will be responsible for hosting 4 -5 calls per day, and each call will generally host 200+ audiences of investors, analysts, and media representatives from major news outlets.

The working hours available are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, and hybrid working from home arrangements are on offer for staff who successfully complete 3 months of training.
