Job Description

• Manage a high call volume

• Customer resolution

• Payment plan negotiation

• Support the customer service team by answering general service and billing enquiries

• Deliver an exceptional end to end Customer experience

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have prior collections experience, ideally from large scale collections agencies. Otherwise, they will have experience in high volume customer service roles. They will have a drive to meet and exceed targets, to negotiate and persuade/influence, have empathy and resilience, plus they will have effective listening skills.
