Your new company

You will be working for a locally owned multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, who are highly experienced in Civil, Structural, Buildings Services and Sustainability. They love challenges, therefore the projects they undertake are in various sizes across range of sectors including land development, residential, industrial, aged care, education and hospitality. They are industry recognised leaders partnering with the country’s leading organisations and are on the industry boards to ensure that they are ahead of the rest!

Your new role

In your new role as a Civil Lead/ Manager, you will be leading a Civil team, by providing your technical/functional leadership. Successful candidate can demonstrate care about the wellbeing of themselves and others, be involved in the recruitment and people management. You will be planning and managing large scale projects, developing business plans and will be interacting with internal and external clients. Suitable candidate is driven and ready to undertake personal and professional development.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree qualification in Engineering or related discipline
• Expected to have attained CPEng
• 10+ years of industry experience
• Great knowledge of Australian Standards
• Demonstrated leadership and management ability
• High level consulting and client management skills
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff
• Excellent skills in managing time, setting priorities, planning and organising.
