Assistant Property Manager

We are currently recruiting an Assistant Property Manager role for a reputable Retail Group in Sydney CBD.

This role is full-time permanent, Monday to Friday working in the CBD office and remuneration between $100~120k+Super and offers a vibrant and great family culture with a good work life, amazing discounts to team members and onsite parking available (close to public transport).

The portfolio is approx. 460 stores on the AUS portfolio and you will be reporting to Helen the Senior Property Manager.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assist to review and negotiate retail and commercial leases to ensure they comply with company policy.

• Preparation of property reports and business cases relating to leases

• Review pre-lease documentation to ensure compliance.

• Retail lease negotiations direct with Landlords and Landlord Representatives.

RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years’ experience in a property administrative or retail management role.

• Undergraduate qualification in a property business related discipline.

• Passionate about leasing and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
