Full job description

Your new role:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, referrers, staff and clinicians
  • Answering phones and looking after incoming emails
  • Liaising with health funds, Medicare, DVA, referrers, clients and service providers
  • Co-ordinating practice diary
  • Scheduling, confirming and billing appointments
  • Processing bulk billing and DVA claims
  • Handling confidential client documentation
  • Filing, archiving, data entry and other clerical duties as required

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Previous medical practice experience would be desired but not essential
  • Exceptional computer skills with ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience working with a variety of different work styles and personalities
  • Highly professional, proactive and sensitive to people’s needs
  • Great time management and prioritisation skills
