Job Description
- Consistently display professional telephone manner
- Consistently strive to meet external deadlines within tight timeframes
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents and other communications, including telephone, e-mail, mail, and fax, delivering a positive and responsive approach to inquiries
- Perform general administrative tasks such as faxing, copying, filing, organizing, mailing, document development.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence, performing copy and binding work, and using multiple software packages such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, SAP, and SalesForce - training provided.
- Create and maintain Project tender/Contract files (hard copy & electronic);
- Document Control & Management to include transmittal and receivable of critical documents, scanning & photocopying etc.
- Scanning and matching of test certificates and follow up to clients as required
- Provide administrative support to Sales Team and GM.
The Successful Applicant
- A good 'all-rounder' administrator who likes to learn
- Ability to multi-task and make decisions quickly and confidently
- Experience in reading PO, technical specifications and data requirements is advantageous
- Ability to problem solve and work as part of a team
- A strong planning and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers and co-workers in team-based environment
- MS Office Suite knowledge
What's on Offer
This is a full time permanent job working Monday to Friday business hours.
Salary depends upon experience approx $60K - $70K plus super.
Location is Port of Brisbane.
