Manage & grow partnerships with existing & new customers, driving profitable growth & market share across our diverse product range within the Health/Age care & Facilities Management sectors.

  • Full time position.  Hybrid role working between the Office/home & being on the road

Reporting to the Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for achieving budgeted sales and margin targets by engaging and meeting with your customers on a regular call cycle. You will develop current accounts, have a curiosity to identify and provide solutions, and find new opportunities to achieve growth within your territory (CBD and North Brisbane).

Other tasks may include:

  • Provide sales forecasts based on knowledge of territory and market conditions (including product specific uplift via market intelligence).
  • Assist with the preparation of supply agreements and tenders and customer quotations
  • Manage monthly call cycle ensuring regular in person visits & complimentary remote contact with customers are completed in line with your managers expectations.
  • Inventory – Reviewing backorder position for customer base, recommending suitable product substitutions where necessary.


You’ll be motivated and have a willingness to be part of our high-performing sales team, with your history of achieving sales and profitability targets within a B2B environment. You will be part of a team that works together to achieve a common goal, so your strong organisational and communication skills will see you interacting effectively with all areas of the business to deliver a great experience and great outcomes for our customers.

Having already fine-tuned your relationship-building and negotiation skills, you have successfully managed multi-level relationships, both internally and externally. You have a proven track record in developing new business, and strong analytical and commercial acumen.  You have an extensive network to leverage new business opportunities and are always curious and searching for ways to challenge the status quo.

The other essentials we are looking for:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience within a similar sales role
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Excellent Listening, and closing skills
  • Customer Service Excellence
  • Understanding of preparing quotes, tenders, budgets and strategic plans
