A teenage girl has been critically injured after being hit by a car in Sydney's northwest.
A teenage girl is clinging to life with critical head injuries after she was struck by a car on a busy road in Sydney's northwest.
The 17-year-old was hit by a Toyota Hilux on Windsor Road in Baulkham Hills on Tuesday afternoon.
She was airlifted to Westmead Children's Hospital for treatment and remains in a critical condition.
The driver was taken to Westmead Hospital for blood and urine tests.
