$3 million Powerball winning ticket purchased at Camden Newsagency

Macarthur is home to the latest major Powerball winner.

One mystery Camden resident or visitor won the division one prize of $3 million in Thursday night’s Powerball draw.

The Camden entry was one of two $3 million winners in the draw on February 8.

The winning entry is not registered to a Players Club Card, so NSW Lotteries officials have no way of contacting the winner.

Officials will have to wait until the ticket holder contacts them to claim their prize.

The winning entry was purchased at Camden Newsagency.

NSW Lotteries spokeswoman Bronnie Spencer said “imagine starting the weekend $3 million richer”.

“We’re urging all Powerball players to check their entries as soon as possible,” she said.

“If you discover you are holding the division one winning ticket, contact NSW Lotteries on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize.”
