If you were concerned that you had missed out on space in the Oran Park Smart Work Hub, you’re in luck.
The next stage of the Smart Work Hub is just about to launch, expanding to occupy the entire second floor of Oran Park Podium’s commercial tower.
Smart Work Host Becky Pascoe said the expansion will bring the total floor place to more than 1,000m2.
“The new addition will include five additional office suites and more open plan workspace plus access to a balcony overlooking Oran Park Town.
“With ceiling to floor windows, we are really looking forward to launching our new look hub in the coming weeks,” she said.
Ms Pascoe said the Oran Park Smart Work Hub is the first of its kind in southwest Sydney.
“Designed as an alternative to traditional workplace or working from home, it provides state-of-the-art facilities and technology services supported by high speed fibre optic internet.
“It provides the convenience of a central office – printers, meeting rooms – but closer to home. These facilities fulfill individual and employer demands for greater workplace flexibility, as well as increasing activation of residential and retail properties,” she said.
Since its launch, the Oran Park Smart Work Hub has welcomed over 100 members. It is currently home to over 70 businesses and 25 government employees.
