The clash rugby union fans have been waiting for is almost upon us the local derby game between Camden and Wollondilly.
The big game is due to start on Saturday at 3pm at Camden Rugby Club, Wire Lane.
The Rams could hardly have started the Illawarra District Rugby Union first grade competition any better, destroying opponents Bowral by 70-0 in the first round last week.
For Wollondilly, it was a 47-31 loss against last year's grand finalists Engadine in their season opener. Rams' coaches Andrew Suffell and Alastair Le Good are sure to have warned the men in gold and black not to be too complacent following their morale-boosting victory.
Wollondilly White Waratahs' coach, former Wallaby Tony Daly, will also have his boys fired-up, looking for his first win of the season.
The Rams will try to repeat their feat in the first round, in which all three grades won, but the Waratahs will be out to spoil the party.
