Country club a benefit for all

Country club a benefit for all

04 Mar, 2009 08:18 AM
THE area's first country club is expected to open next month.

Harrington Grove Country Club has been built as part of the Harrington Grove development off Cobbitty Road.

Camden residents will be able to use the restaurant, cocktail lounge and function room of the $25-million club.

The gymnasium, tennis courts and 25-metre swimming pool will be used solely by residents of Harrington Grove.

The first stage of the estate Araucaria was released last October.

The development of the Harrington Grove estate will be staged over eight to 10 years.

The houses will be individually owned but community management will apply to facilities such as the country club, parks and the Orielton homestead.

The Association of Harrington Grove Owners will manage those facilities.
